I had never seen the Lethal Weapon series. I know, I am in the minority here but last week I bought the Lethal Weapon four pack and I was blown away with the quality of the DVDs. The first installment was a crisp and clear transfer. Sound is very important in a film like this since the constant explosions keeps your sub-bass and surround speakers working at the max. The story is a simple buddy cop movie. Psycho ex Viet-Nam vet is teamed with an older cop (just turned 50) that just wants to live to see his pension. Drug dealers add to the mix with Gary Bussey as a psycho bad guy that rivals Gibbson's psycho good guy. A must have for action fans
