Some DVDs are pulled from the shelves by the studios. The reasons many vary from numerous known problems or compatibility issues with DVD players to undisclosed problems encounter by the manufacturers. In any case, the industry treats this category of DVDs differently from those that are cancelled or discontinued. In some cases the supplies that were released are ordered returned to the manufacturer. Here is a list of DVDs that have been marked as Recalled.
